..well. It's been awhile. I've decided that I've missed posting here, losing contact with everyone and all that jazz so I have created another LJ. I figured since each of the LJ usernames has lasted me a couple of years, it's time to get a new one. This one will be the beginning of my college adventure. I have nothing posted yet, but I'll be sure to have a long "What happened while I was gone" post. I've missed everyone. I'm sorry if I've acted selfish.

When I woke up this morning, my mom told me that she'd marked something in the paper that I should read. I found the little article marked with an arrow that reported that one of my old friends had gotten into a head-on colision with another car on the interstate. The article described her injuries as "light" so I didn't think much about it, just how weird it was because it's the third friend I've had get into an accident in the past two weeks.

Well, when I was heading over to Valley's room to hand in my National Art Honor Society form, I heard her mention something like, "...internal bleeding, it's very bad..." and looked down to see a big sign that said "GET WELL SOON MEAGAN!" I still didn't think much of it. But when I got back to ceramics, Adams shouted out, "Oh! Does anyone know Meagan?!" I said that I did, and Adams informed me that her car crash was no small incident. It turns out that Meagan has broken both of her legs, smashed her arm, and has internal bleeding. I froze. I mean, I used to be really good friends with this girl and to hear this was just... awful.. So please send your prayers/thoughts to my friend. Thanks. I'll update about happy stuff later.

As we all know, scientist have official demoted Pluto to a "dwarf." Pluto is no longer a planet, leaving only eight in our solar system.

We all grew up with Pluto. When I was six, I could rattle off the entire solar system (That's nine planets including Pluto) in mere seconds. It was always something I was proud to say that I could do. And now, there is no Pluto.
